I started watching this today and ended up watching the whole thing. It’s always interesting to me when I learn about music, musician’s backgrounds, or recording processes how I find myself appreciated music I may otherwise not have been interested in. And it also makes me more apt to accept other music that I may know nothing about.

I hope those two are not the future of music. . . I've investigated them before and they don't do much for ME. But that's ME.

They don’t do much for me either, but after learning about their education, musical influences, approach to writing, recording process, and appreciation for music and art I can understand better where their music comes from and start to enjoy it.

Okay. I don't need to know about that to appreciate them or not myself, and I have given them several chances (listened to their first release, seen them interviewed, seen them perform on TV). . .and I just don't enjoy their music. Ah Well. I have thousands of discs to listen to and will have more as time goes by of music that I do enjoy.

I'm sure they'll appeal to many others.
