Title: 24/7 Troubleshooting Post by Steve Deckert on 05/29/26 at 15:32:48 We have created an avatar using AI and trained it ourselves to answer troubleshooting questions about our tube gear.   It is superior to ChatGPT or Grok etc., because those are scraping the internet of misinformation for data.  Ours has been trained by us so it will always look at that information first and then relay it to you.
