Title: The annoying chat avatar and finding the manual... Post by sethg on 01/21/26 at 20:15:03 Just got my SE84UFO2.1 along with the 1+ year wait t shirt. There's no manual in the box, and when I called, they said it was easy to find on the site. Alas, when I go to support and click on my model, I get the AI avatar. When I ask it where the manual is, the avatar mumbles a bunch of letters and numbers and slashes that are incomprehensible. Text is a good thing! Tubes are a good thing too! We should be okay with text. Six different tries just got the avatar telling me, in six different ways, that they wouldn't say the url, and then they said it. Again. I guess I'm officially an old coot now, but if someone can simply share with me the PDF or a link to it, I'd appreciate it. AI is magical, but not when it's used wrong. Thanks.
