Title: 24/7 online troubleshooting! Post by Steve Deckert on 06/19/25 at 18:49:16 I've spent the past couple months training the most advanced AI avatar to troubleshoot your amplifiers. I used the web page and owner's manual for each amplifier, and then personally added in everything I've been asked in the past. Here is the link: https://www.decwareproducts.com/techsupport Also, if you forget the link, it is the 'SUPPORT' button on the top of the web site. -Steve |

Title: Re: 24/7 online troubleshooting! Post by Steve Deckert on 06/20/25 at 22:42:53 Well I can tell you it will be good for anyone who doesn't want to wait until Tuesday or Thursdays to schedule a troubleshooting call with me. Personally I could never last that long. With this, it doesn't matter what day it is or time -- you can usually solve your problem within 10 minutes. |
Title: Re: 24/7 online troubleshooting! Post by doogie on 06/21/25 at 05:18:40 She (the avatar) is unfailingly polite, which is gratifying. I tested her with a question about a grounding point on the chassis of the Zen Triode UFU 2.1. Although she was very knowledgeable about the floating ground and such, she maintained that there was no accessible point (I think she might have wanted me to remove a panel). There IS a point where the transformer sits with 2 exposed screws at the base. Very helpful indeed for grounding buzzing subwoofers! I used this when connecting both negative speaker terminals as advised didn’t solve my buzzing. Just giving feedback. Soon she will be running the factory no doubt |

Including his daughter Sarah as well. Handled business perfectly. Class acts~ Pretty cool update with this troubleshooting program. [smiley=icqlite20.png] All the best to Decware, Steve and all staff as well. :) Mike~ |
