Title: Z Switch Box question Post by ck293 on 09/17/24 at 21:28:54 Hi all, I'm wondering if a Z Switch box will be what I'm looking for. I have two pre amps (Don Sachs line stage and a Decware ZMF OTL ). I also have two subwoofers. If i'm understanding correctly how the Z Switch box works, I can put the z switch box between my Zen Torii + 2 subs and my 2 pre amps. Each pre amp going into input(s) and the outputs going to my Zen Torii and subwoofers. This would allow me to switch between pre amps and output signal to my Zen torii and subs. Does that sound right? |

Title: Re: Z Switch Box question Post by Sentry on 09/18/24 at 22:09:13 My setup is very similar: SACD transport into Denafrips DAC into ZBox/Turntable to phono preamp into ZBox/ZBox to headphone amp/Zbox to Decware Signature CSP Preamp to Zen Signature Monos to main speakers and powered subwoofers. I also have my McIntosh setup hooked up to same speakers. Everything works great (be sure to label the cables :)). |
Title: Re: Z Switch Box question Post by Isabella on 04/29/25 at 09:05:54 I also have two amplifiers (McIntosh MA5200 and Yamaha A-S1200) and two pairs of speakers. Can I connect the Z Switch box between the amplifiers and speakers, with each amp going into the inputs and the outputs going to the speakers? This would let me switch between the amplifiers. Is that right? |
