Realizing that the stated output is not all that high to begin with, which of the varied usable power tubes (EL34, 6550, 6L6GC, 807, etc) will produce the most output power for the Rachel (34I.5)?

They would all be within a watt in this amplifier with the most likely winner being the EL34.

Gain would be aprox the same with all. If you want more gain, then the input tube can be switched to a 6N2P.
