Title: Rectifier arcing Post by polarbear9988 on 10/25/13 at 14:53:13 Hi, Rectifier in SE34i3 arced last night.  No fuse blow. Changed rectifier and amp appears to be ok.  Will arcing damage a SE34i3? Thanks.

Title: Re: Rectifier arcing Post by jameskk on 10/26/13 at 13:32:32 did the tube just arc at turn on. Mine does that in my superzen  when its off a day or two. Seems fine once its warmed up. Don't think it will hurt the amp, just shorten the tube life. providing this is the valve art 274B we are talking about........?

Title: Re: Rectifier arcing Post by hifitubes on 01/05/14 at 06:20:09 I have noticed 2 of my rectifiers do this recently, after having added a PS Audio P3. One, a GZ32, blew fuse. EML 5U4 did not blow fuse.
