Title: new se341.2 Post by sickboymech5 on 03/02/06 at 00:14:35 Does anyone know why there is no bias switch or an extra set of speaker outs on the new se-341.2? |
Title: Re: new se341.2 Post by teepeeworks on 03/04/06 at 16:39:54 Sickboymech5, The SE34-I.2 only has one tube output per channel so there is only one set of binding posts needed. The amp no longer has a bias switch that changes the voltage in the 2 driver stages used in the old SE34-I. The new amp uses a single tube now in an SRPP configuration. The amp still does have a switch for the cathode bypass caps which will change the sound for you. Take care, Corey |
