Hi Bill,
I have a heated ultrasonic unit with record adapter on its way that will do up tp 8 at a time, plus of course antistatic record and stylus brushes. It’ll be my first time going beyond just using the old Discwasher stuff. I actually used to know Bruce Meyer, discwasher’s founder, he’d a been all over this ultrasonic stuff! That pretty much dates me, it was back in the 70’s and early 80’s! :)

Enjoy the ride Scott! I remember when my vinyl journey started a few years ago. I went on a buying spree for a while just to have music to play…then I really started to seek out quality 1st pressings and Japanese imports, and albums mastered by Kevin Gray, a few from Bernie Grindman, and labels that push quality. I tend to seek out 180g records at a minimum and limited edition series albums. I enjoy putting on UHRQ albums that blow your doors with that analog sound and get the feeling that that band is in your room. It is a long journey though…now I’m ready to upgrade my rig…but the price point i am looking at I really don’t want to spend right now…so I just chug along and enjoy the music.

Thanks for input, I can see myself following the same path as you have regarding acquiring your collection, although I took a leap and jumped in on the turntable, I know I have a whole lot to explore cartridge wise. Thanks again, always happy to get any and all input, there’s so much knowledge and experience in this group!
