I sent a message regarding a Torii MKIV that I recently acquired several weeks ago through the support message page and haven't received any reply.  Please advise.  Thank you.

Those support messages do not work. Funny because the page looks new. Use the email for Sara or Steve, directly. I've waited weeks for responses, too. I don't use those web contact pages anymore. Actually, I find that many websites don't use those the way they are intended.

It’s best to call.  I called Sarah on Tuesday and have a scheduled conference call with Steve tomorrow.  I only use the emails when I have a general question I need answered and in no rush for a reply.

I also think that you need to call and ask them directly. It is the best way. They have to support you.
