Schitt Freya + as pre amp vs Bottlehead

Has anyone used the Schitt Freya as a pre-amp ? I have read some good reviews.

I currently have a bottlehead moreplay that I really like Smiley they also have a 300B based pre-amp that I am looking to get that might be great so I am trying to decide.

I have been using one for about 5 months now. I have zero complaints as of yet.

I am using mine with a Freya +. Have the 25th volume knobs set at about 75% and use the remote from the freya for volume control. Sounds great so far!

I am using a Freya+ as well. Admittedly, I have upgraded the caps on mine which did result in another layer of clarity, but stock with great tubes this preamp sounds amazing, and will easily last you until to get the itch to really step up and get a ZTPRE. This was my plan, but now with the Freya+ Sarah 300B combo, I'm really in no rush.

Same--I have been using the Freya+ with Torii Mk4 and previously with SE34I.5, and will pair it with the UFO25 hopefully by the end of the year. I've been pleased with it, especially the ability to run balanced or SE and choose passive vs. active vs. tube gain stage.
