How does a new order get charged?
11/27/21 at 03:08:53

Hello everyone,
If I order Decware products tonight via credit card, how does the order get charged?
Is a certain percentage charged immediately to hold a place in the production line and when the amps are finished is the rest of the cost then charged to the card?
Thank you, Mark

Hi neac1976,

Didn't have to place a deposit  when I ordered SE84UFO2 ,  it may be different now. Your card will have a hold on it otherwise expect to pay 10% later after you get an invoice. Hope this helps

Go to website and click the services “tube” and you’ll  find what you need. Minimum 10% charge at order depending on how you pay. Think Steve is flexible (shouldn’t have to pay all up front.

If payment is made via Paypal, the entire order is charged upon receipt of invoice, emailed from Sarah.

That's how I like to do it.

To clarify all in one post.  If you pay by credit card, a 10% deposit will be charged once Sarah processes the order - with the balance charged at shipment.  Usually within a few weeks.  If you use PayPal, 100% is charged when the order is placed.

With such a long wait, it makes most sense to use a credit card and just pay the 10%.

Hi everyone

I am a newbie to this forum From the UK

I ordered online 2 days ago and total amount was taken by my debit card.
It seems this may not have been a wise move given the long wait.

I would suggest contacting Decware.
