TORII Jr and Magnepan LRS

Does the Junior have enough juice to drive the LRS?

What is the minimum recommended sensitivity rating for the Junior?  The website doesn’t specify.

Thanks.

It can drive them, just a matter of how loud and is that loud enough for you.

Thanks Lin, very helpful calculator.  I find it interesting that the difference between a 6 watt amp and a 200 watt amp might only be 10 db....

Did you mean 20 watts and 200?

It takes 10 times the power to be twice as loud.

I played around with the calculator trying 2, 6, 20 and 200 watts.  The difference between their loudness didn't seem to get much beyond 10 db or so.
