ZKIT2 Volume Potentiometer Deletion
07/16/21 at 17:02:24

Hello tube lovers.  I’m new to the forum and this is my first post.  I’m hoping someone can answer a question.  I decided to build a ZKIT2 and am going to build it with two of the mono PC boards in one chassis (Hammond HWCHAS1310BK).  I’ll be using one Edcor power transformer and an Edcor output transformer for each board.  I would like to delete the volume potentiometer(s).  I’m guessing that since the pot is 100K ohms that I would need to jumper the trace with a 100K ohm resistor or perhaps it would take more than one resistor per board.  Could someone please provide an in-depth answer as to how I can accomplish this?  Additionally, if you have any other advice, it would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you very much.
