Is there a particular reason you'd want a wall mount?  I'd think any cantilevered platform would work.  Regardless, the TT would have to sit on an isolation device.  I bet a wall picks up more acoustically induced vibration than a floor and is naturally more vibration prone due to the construction.  (Not sure if this is relevant to why you asked.)
