I have a Rogue Audio Ares phono pre with the upgraded Cinemag blue transformers and Mundorf M-Cap supreme capacitors. I have heard many phono preamps and this one competes with the best, as you'll read in the linked review below. I'm looking to try out another pre, so this one becomes available.

I'm asking $1850, which includes two 1968 Telefunken 12ax7 (smooth & ribbed - $250 value) and 2 1962 RCA "Conn" 12au7 ($100 value). The Conn branded tubes are well regarded as they were specially made for Conn organs. I have a pair of Mullard 12ax7 (1961) long plates for an additional $120. Shipping is extra (paypal fees on me).
