Hello, what is the best upgrade for the decware se84zs, i live in the netherlands so i dont want to ship the amp to the usa, thanks !

In the hands of a competent tube amp technician, the biggest improvement would be to bypass each electrolytic with a film cap.  That would mean 3 bypass caps total.  .33uf for the first section, .33uf for the second section and .1uf for the third section.

This will allow you to hear the shortcomings of your source components if there are any.

The first cap can be any poly film cap, doesn't really matter so long as it's 630V.  All the caps should be 630V. (600V is fine).  The second and third caps should ideally match the signal coupling caps meaning the same brand and type.
