I am the original owner. It was ordered stock, with a maple bass. I have since added four Jupiter copper cap's, a stepped attenuator that looks identical to the stock one in my SE84, and replaced one of the Neutrik headphone jacks with a Neutrik 4-pin XLR jack. I also removed the red locking piece on the other jack as they are a major pain in the patootie to use. It also has a cherry wood knob, but I can replace it with a black chicken head if you would prefer.

It will come with all stock tubes. See my other ad for an SE84UFO. I have a half meter pair of Silver Reference cables that I will throw in if anyone wants both units. Unfortunately, I no longer have the original box for it, but it will be packed very well.
