Turntable Hook Up

Can I simply plug my turntable directly into my Rachael amp or do I need to plug my turntable into a separate phono stage and then plug that into the amp? Thanks.

You do need a phono preamp, that is not included in the Rachel.

Lon is correct, and if you're just experimenting start with a phono preamp that's not too expensive and will give you a good taste of what vinyl can be like; the Schiit Mani is a great option:

Once you decide to go whole hog you can opt for the Decware ZP3.    :)

Thanks for the info. Already been listening to vinyl for a while and my other amps you just plug into. I’ll get the phono preamp.
