Ok, I'm no expert but I'm going to throw something out there.  What time of the day where you listening to your music?  Any chance you have dirty power that just may audible?

Next time you hear hiss, systematically turn off your wifi routers, extenders, bridge, modems, digital light dimmers, LED light bulbs, cell phones, computers until you find it.  If the hiss is the same on both channels and then leaves both channels at the same time, you can be certain it's not the amp, but something the amp is receiving out of the air.
