How to fix hum while everything is off?

I just noticed two days ago that my speakers have a hum coming from them when everything is off. This has never happened before.

SE84ZS + Zen Switch Box (older model) + ZDac

Here is what I have found out:

Everything plugged in but turned off = hum
Amp power unplugged = hum
RCA's unplugged = hum
Amp turned on = hum

RCA's at amp & Amp power unplugged = NO hum
Amp & ZDac on = NO hum

Any one have any ideas? I posted a while ago that my ZBox quite working and didn't get any responses so with this going on a call to Steve may be in order...

I had to take it out because there wasn't any gain (I tried a few different tubes with the same result). I had to turn the amp completely up with the Zbox plugged in just to hear low volume with my head next to the speaker.

Have you tried hooking your kit up temporarily to another outlet/receptacle in the house that is not on the same circuit as it is currently?

If you don't get the hum with it hooked up to another receptacle then it could be that particular line in the home that's causing the hum. If you still get the hum then it's probably gear related within your kit somewhere.
