erm...not sure if yours shipped with beeswax caps which are fitted as standard now on most amps. They were/are the only upgrade I think unless you could get Vcaps in. But yes the Decware power cords and siver ref i/c`s were all big upgrades. Each amp I bought I included the Decware power cord. Breaking in the ZP3 took a while, well not that long compared to Decware members 100-150+hrs on some gear. It`s difficult not to experiment with some signal and rectifier tubes on the ZP3 as they are all good entertainment and you can fine tune to your preferences...and enter new aural landscapes.
