Velocity Disk edge

Did not know what this looked like from the print and the pictures I found were all different. So I emailed ZYGI about this and he explained it. He mentioned all that is need is a 1/8" round over. So if you used a 1/8" router bit to round over the edge that is what it should look like. So here are a few pictures to show what the corners are supposed to look like. Hope this helps.

Also to mention the above pictures actually show a 1/4" round over. I screwed that up and originally thought ZYGI said 1/4". But it worked out better for me because I have a profile sander that had a 1/4" adapter so it was easier for me to sand down the edge. I would recommend rounding this edge over when it is not glued in yet. Just measure the length to the velocity disk and get close to it. Once it is glued in it will be a lot easier to blend in with the velocity disk then trying to sand down the whole edge. If I did not have my profile sander not sure how I would get this, especially between the velocity disk and the bottom of the box. Not a lot of room to get any tools in.
