Powering the DM945
04/10/12 at 17:03:34

Hello all,

I am looking to buy the DM945 soon and am curious regarding my choice of amplifier. I will soon have my CSP2+; will this sufficiently power these speakers or will I need a more powerful amplifier?

I plan to buy the Extended Range Radials at some time in the future and obviously a larger amp at that time, but will it be necessary to purchase a more powerful amp for these smaller speakers?

Thanks for the help!

The CSP2+ is a preamplifier and headphone amplifier, and it will not be able to drive these speakers.

Reading though the forums over the years it seems as if any of the Decware amplifiers should work with the DM945, they're all excellent amps.
