Tori II question, please help!

Hi.  Yesterday I had never heard of Dacware. Today I`m almost convinced that it`ll be my next amp.

I`m looking into the possebility of NOT using a preamp in front of this, but instead  this DAC including remote with volume control: Electrocompaniet Prelude PD-1  (I wasn`t allowed to post a link to another site on my first post, sorry)

Does this seem like a good idea?

And I also wonder how it will team ut with Klipsch RF-5 @99 db or even RF-7 II @ 101db...

Any thoughts...

Welcome Jaymz!

That company has a very good reputation for quality, though many of us here in the US have little experience with their products. I'm pretty sure that will work just fine together with the Mk III.

The Torii Mk III will hardly even break a sweat with those speakers considering their high efficiency. Should work just fine.

Thanx for the reply. I got another question about this amp.  I`m thinking of occasionally using it for film and want to hook up a sub (velodyne) I can`t fint much information about connectivity, but I recon it definetely don`t have sub out. Any ways to make this work with this amp?

If your sub has "speaker level" inputs run another set of speaker wires to it.
