Hi all, my name is kpax478,  I am in need of some information. I am going to build a cabinet for my daughter 93 Honda accord, i`m going with the db212 but going to use only 1 12" sub, which is a stereo integrity v1 version with a mmats 800.1 amp. I`ve been studying the prints and I believe it shows a design for 2 subs, but I am only going to use 1 will there be a difference in the size of enclosure by only using 1, and do u guys believe that this setup will be suffice for the application. She wants something loud and low and sounds good, but, my wallet says this is all it is willing to spend period. Any help is greatly appreciated.Time for me to go to work so I will check back in later this evening.

kpax, the answer to all your questions is yes. I have a single 12 DBK212 that I built years ago, its still going strong and sounds great.

Thanks for the reply, in your opinion how does this box compare to a normal ported enclosure as far as sound quality, loudness and how low the bass gets.
