Hello!
What should be on the new circuit boards to zh1.
where they are labeled with 163-1203-E, and where there are three large holes in the PCB.
Thanks in advance

Hello,

The jack is for in house testing before the assembled units leave Decware.

We may reverse the polarity of this jack on future boards so it could be used with a 12 volt power supply, but as of now it would not work.

Hello Steve,
First of all thanks so much for really nice amp. It's truly an audiophile piece.  It's on my everyday use on the go.  But since my work is computer related,  an amp is just on my desk next to me during all working hours. I have a high grade 12 volt power supply and thinking to use it when I'm in the office for saving batteries. My question is, is it save to use 12volts power supply with zenhead since you are using 12v for in house testing or should I get 9 volts one?
Thank you

It is safe to use a 12 volt power supply in the ZenHead, yes.

One more small question.
I do really like zenhead sound signature. Only I wish if there will be a bit more control in low freq department. There is plenty of bass  no doubts but  just to tide it up would be nice. And I was thinking if higher voltage will help with that. So 12 is save that's great. Can a go for 15 or 18?
Thank you

Sorry to bother you Steve.
I forgot to mention that I have revision 7 board. Is it still ok for 12v or more?
Thank you.

WOW! 12V making a hell of a difference! It's like a new amp I got here  :) I'm seriously impressed by your work. Time to start saving money on zenhead's big glowing brother Smiley
