Difference in volume between left and right channe
02/10/10 at 02:22:52

With my office Taboo setup, with the CSP2 attached to it I am experiencing a difference in volume between the left and right speaker. I have taken care of that by tuning in the trim pots on the CSP2.The point being that you could regulate the right and left levels using the trim pots.  Has anybody else tried this?

It turned out that the input tube in the CSP2 that fed the signal to the TABOO had a dead side. It is still interesting that I was able to keep the sound going as long as I did by manipulating the trim pots on the CSP2 to compensate for the triode in th input tube that was not emitting well.
