Is the following Driver suitable?

Hi there, I would like to know if the following driver will be suitable for DBK10:

Make: Rockford Fosgate
Model: T110D4
Description: 10" POWER T1 4-Ohm DVC Subwoofer
Impedance: 4-Ohmx2
Power Handling: 600 Watts RMS, 1200 Watts Max
Voice Coil Diameter: 3" anodized aluminum
Motor Size: 102 oz. double stacked
Fs (Hz): 36
Re (Ohms): 6.2
Le (mH): 4.6
Qms: 5.68
Qes: 0.67
Qts: 0.60
Vas (Liters): 15.8
Sd (cm2): 310
SPL (1w/1m): 82 dB
Xmax (mm): 14
Woofer Displacement: 0.065 cu. ft.
Cutout Diameter: 9.3125 in.
Mounting Depth: 6.25 in.
Rec. Sealed Enclosure: 0.75 cu. ft.
Rec. Vented Enclosure: 1.5 cu. ft.
Vented Tuning Frequency: 38 Hz

I appreciate this woofer has low sensitivity, but it has higher power handling and I have access to a very high power amp to run it.

The reason for the low effiency is prolly due to the high X-max and power handling. It should be fairly impressive in the DB. With the amount of air that sub can push make sure you round off or router the port. Build it and boom.
