What do you guys think of these to replace the 3.3 uf Solens used in the driver stage decoupling cap position ?

http://cgi.ebay.com/3-3-uF-250-V-PIO-Capacitors-K75-10-Lot-of-7-New_W0QQitemZ350...

As always, thanks in advance for your thoughts,

Cheers,               Crazy Bill

Yessiree,

As Yoda sez, (and to elaborate) if that's the size they show for a 1uf 250v cap, I wonder what the size of a 3.3uf 400v cap would be? Maybe 2" x 5"??

It doesn't look hopeful fitting those things in there.

Solens are pretty good caps. I bet you'd  hear an improvement with the dampening of the oil, provided the rest of the PS caps were already PIO. But, it would be probably be too subtle to justify building a new chassis to make room for them.

Since it's such a small value cap I would be more inclined to use a quality coupling cap as an upgrade. Imagine a V-Cap there, or more reasonably priced a Jensen Copper.
