WO32 and coasters

Just a quick question - is it advisable to mount coasters to WO32, or should it rather rest firmly on the floor? It's rather heavy to lug around, so I'm wondering...

If by coasters, you actually mean casters, which are wheels mounted on heavy things to make rolling them around easier ...

NO! NOT! NEVER!

I would never put casters on a cabinet that I might expect to use for producing wavelengths longer than your fist. It would allow them to become unstable under the pressures involved. Keep BASS ENCLOSURES placed firmly on the ground or at least a floor, but never on rollers if you want to hear bass.

Sure, I meant casters :p
I live in Poland, so I'm probably allowed to make typos from time to time :p

Anyway, thanks for advice. So, no casters for me - I hope I won't be moving anytime soon...

Attached is a photo of my WO32 during its first test run today... I'm still waiting for the glass pane that would became a lid, so it's an upside-down setup for now... Anyway, I'm pretty satisfied with the results, it sounds great. You can see HDTs in that photo as well - it's my work too Smiley
