a friend asked me to put sume bump into his volvo hatch. the wo springed into mind when he said he still needs to carry stuff in the trunk without worring about damaging his subs.
i'm thinking about rear firing it so there is a problem.
because of the shock towers, the max clearence is 84 cm (33inches). i'm thinking about shrinking the width of the wo by 3inches and building a 33x28 wo. do you think shrinking it will hurt he overall result ?
plasma cutters and angle grinders are a no-no.
other option would be firing forward, into the rear seat, making it 36x24 and maybe cutting a bit of tthe sealed chamber corners.

yay, wo almost done. still need to put the baffles in and the small triangle and i'm done. but the guy who helped me forgot to bring his dgital camera, so, again, no pics
maybe some tomorrow.
all angles were done with a wood rasp and a sander  :-*
