Input voltage on SE84CS

What is the input voltage needed to get full output on a SE84CS? Some amps mention 2.83 volts yet on some of Decware's amps they mention 2 volt for full output. Is there a way with voltmeter to measure what the amp is putting out and converting that to watts? Of course the speaker load is a veriable in the equation. Speakers are Klipsch RF-82 98 Db at 2.83 volts/ 1 meter. None the less the amp seems to drive these speakers plenty loud, just curious...

I seem to remember 2.5 voltīs to bring the amp to full output.
I think itīs 1.8 w into 8 ohms. should get you to over a 100db on those speakers.

As for measureing you can place a 8w resistor of 5w or more across the binding posts, ten measure the voltīs across the resistor. Youd have to have a signal playing and Iīd sugest using a 1khz warble tone burned to disk at 0db level. Well it you get 2.83 volts then you have one watt.
Volts/Ohms = Amperes       so 2.83v/8ohm = 0.35375 Amps
And
 Volt X Ampers = Watts      so 2.83v X 0.35375 A = 1,00 W
