Below are some down-tempo artists I’ve discovered on Qobuz that might be worth looking into.
It appears sometimes this genre is referred to as Lounge.

Blank & Jones especially their Milchbar & Relax albums

Phaeleh
Emancipator
Cantoma
Bliss

I haven’t heard of 7and5 or Cantoma, I’m going to check them out in a few minutes.

I made a playlist, I wouldn’t call it “downtempo” Downtempo is such a vast genre I’m going to say this playlist is appropriate.

Some of the tracks in this playlist are sonically mind bending.
