Title: 6AV5 & 47 Post by Brian on 09/15/20 at 04:20:03 I read somewhere that 6AV5GA is a pentode version of 6B4G. The old No. 47 is a direct heating pentode of similar power to 6V6. I wonder if either of these might sound musical in the Mini Torii. I guess the 47 would require some kind of modification to the heater circuit. Brian |
