Hi, I have a pair of "Jupiter VT 2.2uf caps" brand new in the box that I'm selling for $110.00 plus shipping for the pair ($55.00 each). Shipping won't be much as the box is only 2 pounds.

Hi Randy:
I love my music, but am ignorant about the electronics of it all. Why would I want this pair of capacitors and where would I use them? My system is all Decware stuff. I suspect it would require opening the chassis of the equipment and doing some soldering, at which I am fairly adept. How else would I know what size capacitor is required? Does the capacitor have to be an exact spec match? Will it be worth the trouble or is your sale directed more toward the wirehead type?

Hi Lynn, These are for speaker crossovers. Their only rated at 100v and I wouldn't use them in an amp.
I have put these up for sale at Audio Circle as well as Audio Asylum and thought someone might have a speaker that use this value.
This is a good way to upgrade a speaker, because some manufactures use cheap caps to save money.
For instance my pair of Sonist speakers used a $25 apiece caps, and I was going to replace them with these ( these are about $80 a piece caps reduced to $55 a peice).
But after receiving them I found a great deal on some Duelund copper foil caps and bought them,so these have to go.
So I'm going to pass these on to someone else who can use them, at a reduced rate.

Well, I'm going to lower the price to $80.00 + ship.
If you have speakers that use these they are a nice upgrade!
