Dear Decware forum,

I just received my brand new ZSB this week to much excitement. I had ordered the low level (for tonearms use only) version and I had planned to use it to switch between my 2 tonearms, one fitted with a MC stereo cartridge, the other a MC mono cartridge.

Unfortunately it was short lived as I realised that 2 of the 4 inputs provided produced sound from only 1 side of the speakers. Oddly, the missing sound was on opposite sides for both. The other 2 inputs worked fine, although overall the volume knob had to be turned up as opposed to before I was using without the ZSB and connecting directly to my phono from turntable.

I am worried I received a faulty out of box copy of the ZSB and took to the forums to search for help.

Can anyone out there assist please?
