Received my new RL3's Wednesday.

Bob Ziegler is the very best cabinetmaker/speaker builder I have ever seen. These things just scream quality. The wood shipping containers themselves are built better than any speaker cabinet I ever built. I think he used baltic birch plywood.

Bob and Mr. Deckert are not blowing a bit of smoke when they describe the sound that one can expect from the Radials. The sound stage is unlike any that these ears have heard from any other speaker. My listening room is not completed yet, the RL3's are just sitting in the corners of the room, not nearly the proper place. Picture a large living room with hardwood floors, no carpets, nothing on the walls.

The Select seems to have plenty of power to play them much louder than I can stand.

Now, to finish the room and set up everything properly, should be nirvana.

Paul,

Great to hear. There is something about looking at a piece of equipment like Bob's work and you can sense the sincere passion, dedication and skill emulating off it.
