Post by RFZ_Quest on 11/26/05 at 18:12:20

I am in the dry fit and assembly stage of my HDT MKII cabinets. Here are some pics of the process. I will continue to post as the construction proceeds.

Paul

This is a dry fitting without any clamps to show internal view of port plate with custom dual flared ports in place prior to cutting out transmission line area in port plate.

Very nice indeed!  Been thinking about the MK II drivers for my HDT cabs-what is Decware selling them for?

Yoda and everyone,

Sorry about the long delay in the posting sequences. I have delayed the building sequence due to other priorities but will get back to this post when ready. The cabinets still require assembly, however, all parts are cut including custom hardwood ribbon enclosures made from bloodwood of which required extensive routing and shaping to evolve into current form. Photos of these will be posted eventually. The cabinets are done in Cherry with African Padouk edge trim all contoured for smooth blending.

Will be back in the near future with additional assembly photos.

Paul
