Here is
the process after your order has been placed:
Once you
place your order for a Zen amp, it will go out to the bench where
we will begin demonstrating the lost art of hand soldering.
We build these in batches, so depending on where your
order falls in the line up, you can expect delivery in 2 to 3 weeks.
So far the average is around 2 weeks.
After your
Zen amp is completed, it will be tested (on real music) for 24 hours
and then carefully packed in it's own custom shipping carton.
Your credit
card is not charged until your amplifier ships. We will call when
it's ready to
ship so you'll know when to expect it.
Once you
have it, give yourself 30 days to try it out. If you're not COMPLETELY
happy with it you may return it for a hassle free refund minus a 6.5%
restocking fee!
So far
shipping in the USA usually runs less than $20.00 for UPS GROUND. And around
$95 for Europe and non US countries. Non-USA models come with a world
voltage compatible power transfromer and can be wired for any county.
These non-USA versions run $50 more.
