Some Packing Tips

It is very important to mark your packages FRAGILE and double box heavier units.
We have found that it is easy to under pack. Many time we receive speakers that were packed nicely, but the boxes were pretty battered by the time they got here. When this happens we re-pack your speakers before we ship them back...
after all, we want them safe and sound!

attachment to your speakers, first off be fully aware that we treat all repairs as though that were the case... This is to say that they are carefully gone through with the greatest of care in our lab. The workmanship is seamless because we not only care about how it sounds, but we also want it to look good for you!

Our lab is backed with Bru'el Kjoer Test Gear. If you need Thiel & Small parameters measured or help with enclosure design just ask.
