It depends, looking through this forum and other forum where the deathbox is talked about, some people love it and some people hate it (more have loved it) but it in my mind it's a box you have to listen to to appreciate it for a while. Your are not going to get boooomy bass , well atleast the 10 box, but you will get clean tight hits that sound awesome and just bring out the music 100% more, the 12 box is a bit different I have never heard or tried to make one of these. Most people though use a clamshell design in one box, myself, I used to 10's in seperate deathboxes, it's really up to your listening style. My advice would be, purchase the plans from Steve for 10 bucks or you can get all of them for 20 and you get to read his book, and I learned a lot when I didn't know anything, so it was just worth the 20 that I spent just to get all that info. Up to you, think about it.
