Has anyone tried to use EL821 with adapter in place of EL84/SV83?  I note that specs of EL821 are very close to those of SV83.  Thanks.

I know of nobody who has tried this. The amp is voiced for a 6P15P-EV and the Hazen Mod works with that tube. I doubt that another tube would do as well as the 6P15P-EV in the ZEN.
