Also be aware of this:

The Mini Torii has the color codes of the output speaker jacks reversed.  Red is actually negative and black is actually positive.  This was done to maintain the desired absolute phase.

If you have a plate amp like mine (common ground?), it does.

thats exactly what i have.  with a phase switch.  How should it be wired ?

I had to connect the the opposite terminals on the sub, then flip the phase switch. Volume got louder on the sub, and bass was much more coherent.

with super 6 alnico monitor. Monitors alone sound superb with the mini torii

trying once again to go back to my sub.  when everyone says to reverse the inputs do they mean you mean the speaker teminals to the sub ? or the rca inputs from the pre out.

Swap the connections to the speaker terminals.
So; red to black and black to red.

what about the connection from the speaker terminal to my monitors. do i reverse that also ?  speakers have always sounded ok ,just always had prob with the sub
