The ZDAC-1 is a 24/192 up-sampling DAC with USB, COAX, OPTICAL inputs released in April 2010 and priced below $1000.00  It has been designed to be competitive with DAC's retailing at over twice that amount.

Modular design suggests a matching tube gain stage and a tube buffer stage may be in the future.  Watch for those products once the ZDAC-1 has successfully proven it doesn't need either one!
