Anyone try BRIMAR CV4004 's in their ZP3? If so what are your thoughts.

Just replaced stock 12AU7 with a Siemens 12AU7 ECC82 Silver Plate Tube. Change was a pretty big positive. Like the detail and actually believe low end is a little better as well.

The BRIMAR CV4004 pair were a positive change as well to answer my own question Smiley

Still thinking about changes for the 5Y3GT and OA3 possibly. Really liking what has been done so far.

Cyro Mazda 5Y3GB, RCA 0A3, cyro Mullard 12ax7 new issue and Brimar 12au7 was what I used for a while now I have RCA 12au7 clear tops, Mullard GZ34 and the RCA 0A3 which I like better. I have also used the Shuguang 274b and have no quarrels with it. I have been told Shuguang makes the same tube for Valve Art and someone else for ridiculous higher price. The 274b is the coolest looking tube but the GZ34 the best sounding JMO.
