I forgot what the value was.  I think it was .2uf or 2uf wima but I don't remember for sure.

If you mean the signal coupling cap between the driver and output stage (the only signal coupling cap in the C or CS) that would be a .1 uf Wima at 600v. The schematic has a misprint quoting the value at .01 uf, but .1 uf is the correct value.:)
