I wonder what the rationale for that sort of a price increase is.  Is greed a possible motivation?  

Mullard GZ32s are fast becoming as costly as Mullard GZ34s.    Since the RCA 5V4G is nearly as good as the Mullard GZ32, that's the variety I'd be trying to obtain.
